I agree with other parents—the High-Performance Junior Program has suffered from severe mismanagement over the past 4 to 5 years. The coaching staff genuinely cares about the kids and is deeply passionate about their growth, but management offers them zero support or investment. Because leadership fails to back these dedicated professionals, 8 to 10 exceptional coaches have had no choice but to leave. This constant turnover has stalled player development, producing zero D1 or D3 college recruits and driving all top talent away. If you want your child to thrive in competitive tennis, save your time and look for a facility that actually supports its coaches.

ETC has been a home to so many kids and coaches over the last years. unfortunately quality has dropped significantly since COVID. Constant turn over of coaches and kids leaving to other clubs and training facilities. With no system, program, or leadership in place to work through these problems. We have stuck with them for a while, but the last couple months have been very frustrating. I can't possibly recommend them for tennis lessons, coaches need to have some playing background and the current coaches just do not. Great place to rent courts with a good location, but thats about it.

There’s no disability access or ramp to enter the building, so if you have a stroller, you’ll need to carry it over the stairs. Also, the younger kids’ class (3-5 yo) coaches lack the necessary professional skills to effectively teach and engage the entire class.

I was playing 3.0 past month and registered for 3.5, which the website allowed I entered the court and coach didnt let me in. It was frustrating to be denied at the court after my registration was accepted—especially since I’ve been attending the 3.0 class here. If 3.5 requires coach approval, could the staff flag these mismatches earlier so I don't set aside time for a class I can't join? Good to know that you have high bar and lack of customer support and common sense. Denying on the court is the most disrespectful way to enforce any bar.

The pricing is affordable, the availability is convenient, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility boasts plenty of indoor courts with top-notch surfaces, perfect for a seamless game. It’s an awesome spot for both kids and adults to stay active and have fun!
